Finally, we will never hide behind our ingredients so you can verify that we are "beyond organic". Many of our ingredients are certified organic. However, we believe that some of our ingredients are above this standard. In our mind, biodynamic principles and standards are the highest level -- thus we are always searching for those farmers who follow these principles.
